Generating your first posts

• Make sure you've set up your brand profile and connected at least one social account
• Optionally, upload photos to your Media Bank — the AI will analyze them and write matching captions
• Go to the Calendar page
• Click the Generate posts button

What happens next

• The AI analyzes your brand profile and any uploaded photos
• It generates a week of posts with platform-specific captions
• Posts are assigned to your connected platforms and scheduled across the week
• All posts land in the Queue as drafts awaiting your approval

Approving posts

• Review each post in the Queue
• Edit captions, change platforms, or adjust the schedule
• Click Approve on individual posts, or use Select all → Approve all for batch approval
• Approved posts are scheduled and will publish automatically at the set time

Tip: You can also reject posts — they'll be excluded from the schedule.
