Connecting your social accounts

Go to Connections in the sidebar
Click Connect on the platform you want to add
You'll be redirected to the platform's login page (Instagram/Facebook via Meta, LinkedIn via LinkedIn)
Authorize Social Agent to post on your behalf
You'll be redirected back — the account now appears as "Connected"

Important notes

Instagram requires a Business or Creator account. Personal accounts can't be connected via the Meta API.
Facebook connects to Pages, not personal profiles. Make sure you're an admin of the Page.
LinkedIn connects to Company Pages. You need admin access to the page.

Token expiry

Platform tokens expire periodically (typically 60 days). When a token is about to expire, you'll see a warning in the Attention tab and receive an email. Click Reconnect to renew it.

We never see your passwords. All connections use OAuth 2.0 — you authorize directly with the platform.
