Social Agent uses Claude (by Anthropic) to generate your content. Here's what happens when you click "Generate posts":

The process

• Brand context — The AI reads your brand profile (niche, tone, topics, audience, competitors)
• Photo analysis — If you've uploaded photos to Media Bank, Claude's vision analyzes each image for mood, colors, content type, and suggested topics
• Caption generation — The AI writes captions tailored to each platform (different length, hashtag placement, tone)
• Scheduling — Posts are assigned to optimal time slots based on your settings

AI model tiers

• Free plan — Uses Claude Haiku (fast, capable)
• Starter, Growth, Agency — Uses Claude Sonnet (more nuanced, higher quality)

Your photos vs AI posts

• Your photos: Upload to Media Bank → AI writes matching captions → No weekly limit
• AI posts: Fully AI-generated with AI images (via Google Imagen) → Capped per plan

Tips for better results

• Be specific in your brand profile (detailed niche and audience = better output)
• Upload high-quality photos to Media Bank
• Use the brand wizard for initial setup — it asks the right questions
• Edit and provide feedback — the more you refine, the better the AI learns your style
