Using the Media Bank

The Media Bank is where you store photos for your posts. When you generate content, the AI analyzes these images and writes captions that match the visual content.

Uploading photos

Go to Media in the sidebar
Click the upload area or drag and drop images
Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP (max 10MB per file)
Photos are stored on Cloudinary's global CDN for fast delivery

AI vision analysis

When you generate posts, the AI:

Identifies the content type (product, lifestyle, food, portrait, etc.)
Detects the mood and colors in the image
Suggests relevant topics based on what it sees
Writes captions that directly relate to the visual content

Managing assets

Images with a green "In use" badge are attached to existing posts
Delete unused images to keep your library organized
Upload regularly — the more photos available, the more variety in your generated posts
