Scheduling and publishing
How scheduling works
When posts are generated, they're automatically scheduled across the week based on:
- Your preferred posting times (set in Settings)
- Your timezone setting
- Best practices for each platform
Manual scheduling
You can change the schedule for any post:
- Open a post from the Calendar or Queue
- Change the date and time using the schedule picker
- The post will move to the new time slot
Publishing flow
- Draft → Post is created but not approved
- Approved/Scheduled → Post is queued for publishing at the scheduled time
- Published → Post went live on the platform(s)
- Failed → Something went wrong (check Attention tab for details)
What if publishing fails?
Common reasons:
- Token expired — Reconnect the platform in Connections
- Image too large — Platform rejected the image
- Rate limit — Too many posts in a short time
- Account issue — Check your platform account status
Failed posts appear in the Attention tab with the specific error message. You can retry from there.
